in this tiny place i collect software that can be installed only with docker; and while i can understand how it simplifies distribution for large projects like immich it's it boils down to "it works on my machine bro, here's a link to my machine's image bro" and who whould want to waste time on writing installation instructions when you can docker compose up up and go xd

	Immich requires Docker with the Docker Compose plugin

	Yes, that's how this project is packaged.

	This makes it easier to support the project when we have 
	control over the version of Nginx other packages use by the project.
